What should I provide when logging a support ticket to enable issue resolution

When logging a problem with section.io its essential to provide the following details.

Some of the items to provide:

  1. A HAR file of the problem from your browser: How do I extract a HAR file to analyze a webpage?

  2. Screenshots of the issue - Please ensure you include the full browser window including the url bar

  3. Exact date/time of the issue and the url being connected to

  4. Browser Type / Version

  5. Any additional logs from the origin servers (AWS console screenshots, ELB logs, server logs indicating whether specific requests were an error or not, New Relic APM logs)
